Withdrawals, Cancellations, and Financial Transactions

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any service or tour at our sole discretion. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Payments are accepted via secure methods, and you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment details. Cancellation requests must comply with the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Fees may apply based on the timing of your request.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, and designs, is the intellectual property of 'New World Travel' unless otherwise stated. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Hampshire.

Customers Acknowledgement 

The customer acknowledges that the customer and anyone for whom the customer requests New World Travel (NWT) to make travel arrangements, has been directed to review the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the travel services included in the travel arrangements made by NWT, including airlines, trains, bus lines, cruise lines,  hotels and tour operators, including baggage allowances, check-in times, age and height restrictions and advised that any questions customer and anyone for whom the customer requests NWT make travel arrangements, may have about the travel suppliers’  terms and conditions should be addressed to the specific travel service supplier. 

The customer acknowledges that NWT has recommended that the customer buy travel insurance, and the customer confirms that the customer has advised anyone for whom the customer requests the Agency make travel arrangements, of that recommendation to buy travel insurance. Each traveler is responsible for purchasing their Travel Insurance Coverage. In case of trip cancellation or interruption, lost luggage, accident,  theft, medical / injury, and other circumstances not mentioned, the traveler accepts that  NWT, and their travel operator partners are not responsible or liable for the same. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check the travel advisory on government websites based on their country of residence and citizenship. 

The customer and anyone for whom customer requests NWT to make travel arrangements, shall be responsible to ensure that they have all necessary travel documentation, including, vaccination certificates, visas, a passport (valid until 6 months after the expected return date), and parental consents to travel with minors required by any destination to which they are travelling or through which they will transit. The customer and anyone for whom the customer requests NWT to make travel arrangements acknowledges that even with the required documentation and information in his/her possession, s/he may be refused entry into another country at either the point of departure or arrival. NWT will not issue refunds if the customer was denied entry to the destination country due to missing visas or any other reason. 

The customer shall be responsible for notifying NWT of any special requirements regarding the travel arrangements, including the type of seating/accommodation required and the dietary requirements of the customer or anyone for whom the customer requests NWT to make travel arrangements, at the time of booking the travel arrangements. NWT will make travel suppliers aware of such requests, and customers shall be responsible for any additional costs for such requests; however, NWT shall not be responsible for any failure to provide such services by the travel suppliers. 

NWT shall not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the customer or anyone for whom the customer requests NWT to make travel arrangements, including the inability to use any of the travel services as a result of failing to comply with this section.  

These terms and conditions are binding from the date the deposit payment is received.  

The customer confirms that s/he understands and agrees that we may not visit all places mentioned in the itinerary, and hotels may also change.

Photo, Audio, and Video Release

The customers grant NWT and their partners the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right and permission to use photographs, audio recordings and/or video recordings of my/my child's image, likeness and voice as recorded for the Purpose as defined below, consent to the Released

parties taking photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of me/my child within the scope of this release for the Purpose. The right and permission covers those photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings taken of me/my child (the "Content"). Released parties, their affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, employees, agents, representatives, and assigns may use the photographs, audio, or video recordings of me covered by this release to promote their business and promote individuals who

share similar goals and values (the "Purpose"). The customers understand and agree that the Released parties' rights include the right to authorize, prohibit, and control the renting, lending, fixation, reproduction, or other exploitation of the Content by any media and means now known or hereafter devised as may be conferred upon Released parties under applicable laws, regulations, or directives. The customers understand and agree that all plates, negatives, recording tapes, and digital files taken or recorded of me pursuant to this release shall be the exclusive property of the Released parties. The customers understand and agree that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, and audio-visual works. The customers understand and agree that the Content may be cropped, altered, or modified. The customers understand and agree that the Content, and any images, text, graphics, film, audio, and audio-visual works that incorporate the Content, may be electronically displayed. The customers also understand and agree that the Released parties are not obligated to use the Content.

The customers assign all right, title, and interest they have in the Content to Released parties, including any copyright interest therein, which shall be Released parties' sole and exclusive property. The customers waive the exercise of any "moral rights" and "droit moral" and any analogous rights, however denominated in any jurisdiction of the world. The customer agrees that they have no rights to the Content, or any images, text, graphics, film, audio, or audio-visual works that incorporate the Content, and have no right to any of the Released parties' trademarks, copyrighted materials, and other intellectual property. The customer waives any right to inspect or approve the finished version(s) of any reproduction of the Content. 

The customers release the Released parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content for the Purpose listed above, including claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness, or defamation. The customers understand that they/their child may be identified by name in connection with the use of the Content. No Further Right to Compensation: The customers acknowledge and agree that they have no further right to royalties, additional consideration, or accounting, and that they will make no further claim for compensation for any reason to Released parties. This release shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New Hampshire.
