Privacy Policy

Welcome to 'New World Travel (nwtrvl.com)'! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing this website or booking our tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy and Data Protection

We take data privacy and the security of your personal information seriously. Your passport details are never stored in unprotected formats (such as basic spreadsheets or standard email threads). Instead, they are housed within our secure, encrypted booking management system. We utilize Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) protocols to secure your data both "at rest" (while stored on our servers) and "in transit" (when securely transmitted to travel providers). Our systems are protected by robust firewalls and undergo regular security monitoring to prevent unauthorized access. Access to your passport data is strictly governed by the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP), meaning it is restricted only to those entities entirely necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements. We only transmit your passport data to verified third-party suppliers essential to your trip—such as airlines (for Advance Passenger Information System mandates), hotels, or local border/visa authorities. In compliance with global data protection regulations, we do not retain sensitive identity documents longer than necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of collection. If a physical scan or photo of your passport was required, it is permanently purged from our active systems within 14 days following the completion of your trip.

We process your personal data under distinct legal bases, including the fulfillment of contracts, legal compliance, and our legitimate business interests:

  • To Fulfill Your Travel Bookings: We use identity, passport, and payment data to process reservations with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and cruise lines.
  • Customer Support: To communicate updates about your itinerary, flight changes, or travel disruptions.
  • Marketing (With Your Consent): To send newsletters, curated travel deals, or promotions. You may opt out at any time via the "unsubscribe" link.
  • Legal & Safety Compliance: To comply with border control, customs, tax reporting, or government mandates (e.g., TSA Secure Flight data).

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, your data must be shared with external entities to facilitate your travel.

Depending on your geographic location, you possess specific rights over your personal data:

  • Right to Know/Access: The right to request a breakdown of what personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: The right to fix inaccurate or incomplete records.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): The right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to overriding legal record-keeping rules (like tax/auditing laws).
  • Right to Limit Sensitive PI Use: Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to limit our use of sensitive data (like passports or medical records) to strictly necessary business operations.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using at connect@nwtrvl.com. We will verify your identity before releasing or deleting data and respond within the legally mandated timeframe (typically 30–45 days).

Our website uses tracking cookies and tools like Google Analytics to improve performance and personalize your online experience. You can adjust your browser settings or use our cookie management banner to decline non-essential cookies.

Our services are not intended for unassisted use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. We only process children's travel information when explicitly provided by a parent or legal guardian for booking purposes.
