What is the latest arrival time I should book for Cairo on Day 1?

We recommend arriving in Cairo at least one night before Day 1. Note that we will be flying to Luxor on Day 2. This will give you enough time to rest. If possible, plan to arrive a day or two before our trip starts if you need more time to rest or adjust to the jet lag. We can book you extra nights at the same hotel.

What is the earliest departure time I should book for Cairo on Day 13?

We recommend that your final departure flight from Cairo be no earlier than 6 pm on Day 13. Note that we will be returning to Cairo from Sharm that morning. This will guarantee you have enough time in the morning to have breakfast and leave time in case of any delays on the way back.
